This is JunHong, here to update you guys important info regarding this coming event.

3 things to finalize and settle.

We had decided to find a vendor to provide us with all the neccesary stuff for BBQ. Check out this website http://bbqwholesale.com/itempackage.asp

Its really 10%-30% cheaper than usual price which you can easily found in NTUC. The order must be made 3 days before the actual event.

A risk that you guys might need to think about.
Weather.
Althought I will be checking the forecast before I placed the order. But weather is just like women, unpredictable. So, we have to take certain risk. Due to my current part time job, I checked the weather forecast everyday. Honestly, its not really accurate. But we can still tell roughly how good/bad is the weather.

Ya, I need to hear from you guys. ANY OBJECTION? Don't be affraid of telling/asking anything. That's your right, coz its your money.

As for the money. Lets be transparent. So far, the expecting 'guests' are roughly about 13pax. The rest of them I still didn't hear from them yet. Will double check before the deadline.

School will pay 4 bucks for each person who present.

As for classfund, each of you (had/will) paid up 8 bucks. So we got 12 bucks per head.

As for the BBQ package, we will take the 10pax one (11bucks per head).. As the amount of foods are really alot. However, we will still went down to NTUC get somemore food to make sure that all of you gt your stomach filled on the actual day.

So... The questions are here! Are you guys willing to pay alittle bit more to have a decent food? Not more than 5bucks, don't worry. I'm sure its not a huge amount. If we got any objection, then instead of getting vendor. We will head down to NTUC instead, get those basic BBQ food. It will be slightly cheaper, but the choice of food are alittle lesser.

Whatever I mentioned here, just take it as for information first. Still I really need to count the strength before making any decision.
